Maximum of 4 outstanding reservations at any time.
Maximum of 4 prime time reservations per week (Monday - Sunday). Prime time is before 10:00 AM and after 4:00 PM.
Bookings must be at least 2 hours apart.
Maximum of 240 minutes (4 hours) of court time per day.
No concurrent court reservations (booking more than one court at a time).
Members may not use non-playing family members to hold reservation spots on day of play.
Players on court must be listed on the reservation.
Courts may not be booked for ball machine usage by a single player.
At least two players must be present for a reservation.
Check-In:
Required within 15 minutes of the reservation start time.
Check-in window opens 1 hour before the reservation and closes at the end of the reservation time.
Late check-in (after the reservation ends) counts as a no-show.
No-Shows:
3 or more no-shows result in a two-week suspension of reservation privileges.
Existing reservations will be canceled upon suspension of reservation privileges.
To be reinstated, email [email protected] acknowledging the reservation guidelines.
To avoid a no-show penalty, email [email protected] to explain the reason for the no-show (e.g., last-minute changes, illness, rain).
Guests:
Guests are not required to check in.
Guest fee of $10 per guest is payable through CourtReserve only within 15 minutes of booking, or the reservation will be automatically canceled.
For Guest Walk-Ons (Guest Players without Reservations):
Guest walk-ons can play for $10 per person.
Payment is made using Zelle, Venmo, or cash. Check windows for Zelle and Venmo QR codes. Cash payments are accepted in the metal box left of the clubhouse door.
Ball machine usage is available on a walk-on basis only and must be arranged directly through the head pro.
For Teaching Professionals:
Eligibility: Only board-approved teaching professionals are permitted to give lessons or provide paid instruction or physical training. This includes paid hitting partners.
Booking Options: Approved teaching pros have two primary methods for booking courts for private lessons or clinics:
Advance Booking (Up to 2 Weeks):
Available only for Courts 3 and 4.
Court 3: Can be booked up to 2 weeks in advance for any available time slot.
Court 4: Can be booked up to 2 weeks in advance only during the following specific times:
Weekdays (Monday - Friday): 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Weekends (Saturday - Sunday): 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM
Short-Notice Booking (Within 5 Hours):
Pros may book any available court if the lesson or clinic start time is within 5 hours.
Priority: When using short-notice booking, please attempt to book Courts 3 or 4 first if they are available before selecting other courts.
