Membership
Membership in the San Marino Tennis Foundation is open to any resident of the San Marino Unified School District or persons who are employed within the area of the San Marino Unified School District. A limited number of Associate Memberships may be available to persons who do not qualify for Regular Membership. Membership in the SMTF shall continue for the lifetime of the primary member, provided the applicable membership fees are paid, and is not transferable.
Membership Classes
There are four classes of Membership: Regular, Associate, Honorary, and Inactive. Members may request Inactive Status or a return to Regular status by submitting a request in writing to the Board.
Annual Membership Dues
Annual dues for Regular Memberships in the amount of $350 and Associate Memberships $450 are due by February 15th of each year. A late fee is assessed on February 16th. Membership privileges will be suspended for members who have not paid their annual dues by March 31st.

- drop off the application form, along with any documentation, at the Pro Shop;
- mail to 1196 Saint Albans Road, San Marino, CA 91108; or
- email [email protected] with a scanned copy of your application.

Use this form if you are applying as a new member to the San Marino Tennis Foundation. Click on 'smtf Regular Member Application' in green. You must currently reside within the boundaries of the San Marino Unified School District ("the District") or are employed within the District.

Use this form if you have been a Regular Member in good standing for the past two years prior to the date of application but have changed residency from within the San Marino Unified School District or are no longer employed within the area of the San Marino Unified School District. Persons who wish to apply for one of the limited Associate Memberships available to non-residents should also use this form. Associate membership for persons who do not qualify for Regular membership is limited and requires Board approval.
